- Our management team has more than 35 years of experience working in the areas of production, processing and marketing of dried and dehydrated fruits both in Chile and abroad.
- We especially focus on adding value to the production of raisins to be used in the manufacture of ice cream, cookies and other food products.
- We have highly specialized personnel and machinery to ensure the quality of our products and services.
- We have developed strategic alliances to support the placement of products in the different markets of the world and we participate in the most important international food fairs (SIAL, ANUGA, FI, Thaifex, Gulfood, and Sial China).

- Head of Dehydrated Products Programs
- In charge of the installation of the most modern raisin processing plant in Latin America for its time, which included the first Laser and X-Ray.
- Under his mandate, new products were developed such as fresh cut apples, rum macerated raisins, among others.
- For years he was technical manager of the association of producers and exporters of raisins in Chile.
- ASBO Dehydrated Limited (1989-1995):
- Production Manager in a dehydrated vegetable production plant
- In charge of project development, plant construction and commissioning of its machinery and personnel equipment
- Bachelor of Biology at Universidad de Chile and Bachelor of Food Microbiology at INACAP
